Your attention and action on a critical issue is needed IMMEDIATELY. It involves House Bill 1063 recently passed overwhelmingly by the Florida Legislature, now awaiting action by Gov. DeSantis.
 

Regretfully an untrue, deceitful misinformation campaign being waged by a sole vendor of online CE, Dr. Rick Warner, continues to urge the Governor to veto the bill. That makes it imperative WE not stop in our effort to get the correct true message on his desk right now -- one coming from a TRUE representation of the REAL chiropractic profession in Florida.

Express that House Bill 1063 is much-needed legislation to help free our DC students from unfair rules and the burden of expenses in getting licensed in Florida. It also clarifies that dry needling is within the scope of practice for Florida DCs -- a treatment many already offer.

Insist the bill DOES NOT take power away from the Board of Chiropractic as suggested by Warner and his detractors. Moreover, it provides training and certification procedures to ensure patient safety and DOES NOT endanger the public as they insinuate.
